Our Services
AdsQure provides Facebook and Instagram advertising and lead generation services for home improvement contractors in the United States. This includes building and managing ad campaigns, building homeowner screening forms, and setting up automation that delivers screened project requests to the contractor.
The specific scope, pricing, and deliverables for any client engagement are set out in a separate agreement or written proposal between AdsQure and the client. If anything in a signed client agreement conflicts with these Terms, the client agreement controls for that engagement.
Website Use
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it in any unauthorized way.
The content on this website is provided for general information. It does not guarantee any specific result.
Advertising Accounts and Ad Spend
For client engagements:
- The client grants AdsQure access to the client’s own Facebook page and advertising account.
- The client’s advertising account remains owned and controlled by the client at all times.
- Advertising spend is paid by the client into the client’s own advertising account. AdsQure does not take possession of, or mark up, the client’s ad spend.
- AdsQure’s fees are separate from advertising spend and are set out in the client’s agreement.
Results and Performance
AdsQure works to deliver qualified project requests as described in each client’s agreement. Advertising results depend on factors outside our full control, including the advertising platform, market conditions, service area, season, and the client’s own response time and sales process.
Where a client agreement includes a performance commitment, the terms of that commitment, including how it is measured and any remedy if it is not met, are defined in that agreement.
AdsQure does not guarantee a specific number of closed sales or a specific amount of revenue.
Payment
Fees, payment schedule, and billing terms are defined in each client’s agreement. Unless stated otherwise in that agreement, engagements are month to month and do not require a long-term contract.
Intellectual Property
The AdsQure name, logo, website content, and materials are the property of AdsQure LLC. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.
Ad creatives, screening forms, and campaign assets built for a specific client during an engagement are covered by that client’s agreement.
Confidentiality
Each party agrees to protect non-public information shared by the other party in the course of an engagement and to use it only for the purpose of that engagement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdsQure is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim related to the services is limited to the amount paid by the client to AdsQure for the services in the month in which the claim arose.
Disclaimer
The website and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as required by law or as stated in a signed client agreement.
Third-Party Platforms
Our services rely on third-party platforms, including Facebook and Instagram. We do not control those platforms and are not responsible for their decisions, policies, downtime, or account actions.
Termination
We may suspend or end website access if these Terms are violated. Client engagements may be ended as described in the client’s agreement.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
